Overview

ET Ducky is delivered as a fully-managed cloud platform. Every customer runs on hosted infrastructure that ET Ducky operates, with no infrastructure for the customer to manage. Two infrastructure models are available: shared infrastructure, which is the default for all customers, and dedicated infrastructure, available as an add-on for customers with compliance, isolation, or high-availability requirements.

Shared Infrastructure

The default cloud tier. All customers run on shared backend infrastructure that ET Ducky operates and scales centrally. There is no agent-count limit on shared infrastructure; capacity is scaled by the platform as fleet size grows.

• Dedicated subdomain per organization. Every organization gets its own subdomain on etducky.com for the dashboard, agent endpoints, and API access. Subdomains are not shared between tenants.
• Per-tenant data isolation. Every database table that holds tenant data is gated by row-level security tied to the organization identifier. The application layer cannot read another tenant's data even with a SQL error in a query path.
• Full platform feature set. ETW and eBPF collection, AI live sessions, remote desktop, behavioral detection, smart reports, automations, KB documentation, and security posture monitoring are all available on shared infrastructure.
• Shared backend capacity. API servers, the Postgres cluster, and message queues are sized for typical fleet workloads and shared across all tenants on the platform.

Dedicated Infrastructure

Dedicated infrastructure is single-tenant: the backend resources serving your organization are not shared with any other customer. It is intended for organizations that need compliance attestations, predictable performance at large fleet sizes, or stronger isolation than row-level security alone. Dedicated infrastructure is composed of three independently selectable components:

1. Dedicated API server and managed database

A complete single-tenant deployment of the ET Ducky backend: your own API server instance and your own managed Postgres database hardware. SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA compliance attestations apply at this tier. $250/month.

2. High availability (load balancing and database HA)

Add a second API server behind a load balancer, plus a second managed Postgres instance configured for high availability with automatic failover. Planned maintenance becomes zero-downtime and a single hardware failure does not interrupt service. Additional $100/month.

3. Dedicated Redis cache

Add a dedicated Redis instance for hot-path query acceleration and session state caching. Reduces query latency on large fleets and on Smart Reports workloads with repeated query patterns. Additional $20/month.
