This page lists the published pricing and features of ET Ducky and NinjaOne. I built it on October 26, 2026 from each company's own pricing page and documentation and from the RMM Pricing Index. Every row comes from what the vendors publish. NinjaOne publishes a per-device price range and quotes full pricing on request, so the NinjaOne figures below are that published range. Prices change, so check the sources at the bottom before you quote a figure.

How ET Ducky pricing is built

ET Ducky prices AI query volume and managed agents separately. The Free query tier is $0 with your own AI API key and no credit card. Paid query tiers are Professional at $39, Business at $99, and Enterprise at $249 a month, with 1,000, 5,000, and 50,000 AI queries a month. Each includes 20 agent seats at no extra cost, and each purchased agent seat adds 100 AI queries a month. Every feature is included at every tier, and the tiers differ on AI query volume and support. One Windows or Linux server on the Free query tier with your own AI key costs $5 a month.

Local-First runs the whole RMM on your own infrastructure, with unlimited seats and technicians at one flat price ($650 a month, or $6,630 a year). Data retention is 14 days by default, and 90 days, 1 year, and 2 years are $0.50, $1.50, and $2.50 per agent a month.

How NinjaOne pricing is built

NinjaOne prices per device and gives volume discounts in tiers. Its pricing page publishes a range from $3.75 per device a month at 50 or fewer endpoints to $1.50 at 10,000 endpoints, and says the price varies by region and by the products purchased. That range is for customers on the commercial instance, not the FedRAMP instance. The page says NinjaOne doesn't publish its full pricing and points to a quote for specifics. The RMM Pricing Index lists the same $1.50 to $3.75 range and marks NinjaOne as quote-based.

The pricing page lists free onboarding and training, a 14-day free trial, and bulk and bundling discounts. Billing is monthly or annual, and month-to-month billing is arranged case by case through an account manager. Customers without a promotional commitment can cancel with 60 days' notice. The products on the quote form are RMM and endpoint management, backup, mobile device management, and remote access.
