How ET Ducky pricing is built

ET Ducky prices AI query volume and managed agents separately. The Free query tier is $0 with your own AI API key from Anthropic, OpenAI, or Copilot and no credit card. Paid query tiers are Professional at $39, Business at $99, and Enterprise at $249 a month, and each includes 20 managed agents per subscribed user. Each purchased agent seat adds 100 AI queries a month. Every feature is included at every tier, and the tiers differ on AI query volume and support. One Windows or Linux server on the Free query tier with your own AI key costs $5 a month.

Local-First runs the whole RMM on your own infrastructure with a Docker Compose deployment bundle, with unlimited seats and technicians at one flat price ($650 a month, or $6,630 a year). Data retention is 14 days by default, and 90 days, 1 year, and 2 years are $0.50, $1.50, and $2.50 per agent a month.

How Syncro pricing is built

Syncro prices per technician and includes unlimited managed endpoints on the Core and Team plans. Core is $159 per user a month, or $129 billed annually. Team is $209 per user a month, or $179 billed annually. Both plans bundle RMM and PSA with Windows patch management, a scripting engine, Splashtop remote desktop access, ticketing, invoicing, credential management, and a mobile app. Team adds asset warranty tracking, network discovery, Entra ID sync and actions, CIS-aligned Microsoft 365 security baselines, and session recording. Enterprise pricing is by quote with flexible terms and volume pricing. Microsoft 365 Cloud Backup is an add-on at $1.90 per user a month.

The Syncro Linux agent supports RHEL and Ubuntu LTS. Syncro's documentation says partners have reported success on other RHEL-based and Debian-based distributions with the --skip-os-check installer flag. Linux updates run through the Scripting Module.
