This page lists the published pricing and features of ET Ducky and Atera. I built it on October 12, 2026 from each company's own pricing page and documentation and from the RMM Pricing Index. Every row comes from what the vendors publish. Atera publishes separate pricing for IT departments and for MSPs, and the Atera figures below are from its IT department pricing page. Prices change, so check the sources at the bottom before you quote a figure.

How ET Ducky pricing is built

ET Ducky prices AI query volume and managed agents separately. The Free query tier is $0 with your own AI API key and no credit card. Paid query tiers are Professional at $39, Business at $99, and Enterprise at $249 a month, and each includes 20 managed agents per subscribed user. Each purchased agent seat adds 100 AI queries a month. Every feature is included at every tier, and the tiers differ on AI query volume and support. One Windows or Linux server on the Free query tier with your own AI key costs $5 a month.

Local-First runs the whole RMM on your own infrastructure, with unlimited seats and technicians at one flat price ($650 a month, or $6,630 a year). Data retention is 14 days by default, and 90 days, 1 year, and 2 years are $0.50, $1.50, and $2.50 per agent a month.

How Atera pricing is built

Atera prices per technician, and the cost doesn't change with the number of devices. Every plan includes AI Copilot, ticketing and a service portal, Windows, Mac, and Linux support, classic reports, IT automations, and 24/7 chat support. Professional is $149 per technician a month billed annually, or $169 billed monthly. Expert is $189, or $229 billed monthly, and adds unlimited concurrent Splashtop sessions, AnyDesk, preset reports, and ticket auto-tagging. Master is $219, or $269 billed monthly, and adds custom analytics reports and longer audit log retention. Enterprise is priced by quote and adds single sign-on, a private software repository, Network Discovery, and a 99.9% uptime SLA.

Network Discovery and Work from Home are add-ons available on every plan. The pricing page lists no dollar figure for either. File view and transfer has a monthly limit on each plan (15 GB on Professional, 50 GB on Expert, 80 GB on Master, and 100 GB on Enterprise).
